Welcome to the Writing Center on both campuses! 

To access the schedule, please log in using the form to the left. In case you don’t have an account, take a minute to create one.

The Writing Center will be operating fully on campus (Beirut, Nicol 405 and Byblos, Joseph G. Jabbra, L206).  You can also opt for the online appointment mode. 

For Summer 2025, the schedule is not fixed, so you may wish to check the availability of the tutors on weekly basis. 

In case a tutor is not available, you can opt for an online appointment with another person in a different campus. 

For an online appointment, access the appointment and click “Start or Join Online Consultation”.  During the session, you can allow video, audio or just use the chatting option. A whiteboard is available to place your work. 

In case of online technical problems, you can ask your tutor for a Webex link to join/continue the session.

If the time slot you wish to take is booked, use the "Waiting List" option. Once an appointment opens up, the system will send anyone on the wait list a message. Priority will be given to the first person to log in.

Though appointment slots are 30 minutes long, tutoring sessions last 25 minutes. The last 5 minutes are reserved for the tutor to complete paperwork and prepare for their next session.
